1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Rundiagnose website (wipediagnostics.info) and its services, including annotated video analysis, diagnostic flowcharts, ability cooldown decision trees, and positioning heat-maps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this site. Rundiagnose reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

Rundiagnose provides diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting guidance for raid mechanics failures. Our service includes:

• Annotated video analysis of failed raid encounters showing role-specific mechanical errors
• Symptom-to-solution diagnostic flowcharts identifying root causes of wipes
• Ability cooldown decision trees for tank, healer, and DPS roles
• Positioning heat-maps derived from community clears
• Role-specific mechanical clarity and targeted adjustment recommendations

Rundiagnose is designed to help raid groups understand why they wipe and prescribe practical, role-specific solutions through visual and analytical guidance.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use Rundiagnose only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our site
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, trading, or reselling any part of the site or its content without express written permission
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content without authorization
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to derive the underlying methodologies or decision trees for commercial purposes

Rundiagnose reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Rundiagnose, including but not limited to annotated video analysis, diagnostic flowcharts, ability cooldown decision trees, positioning heat-maps, text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Rundiagnose or its content providers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use this content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content from Rundiagnose without explicit written consent. Community-contributed positioning data and wipe footage remain subject to these restrictions unless a separate agreement explicitly permits otherwise.

5. User-Generated Content and Community Contributions

If Rundiagnose permits you to submit video footage, positioning data, or other content (collectively, "User Content"), you retain ownership of that content but grant Rundiagnose a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content for the purpose of improving our diagnostic analysis and service offerings. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights.

You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or violates any applicable law or third-party right. Rundiagnose reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Rundiagnose provides its diagnostic analysis and guidance on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for accuracy in our mechanical analysis and video annotation, we make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any content for your specific raid group or encounter.

Your use of Rundiagnose and reliance on its diagnostic guidance is entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will prevent wipes, improve raid performance, or achieve any specific outcome. Raid mechanics, game balance, and encounter design are subject to change by game developers, and Rundiagnose content may not reflect the most current state of the game.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rundiagnose disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Rundiagnose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site, including but not limited to loss of raid progression, lost time, or emotional distress.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, Rundiagnose's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Rundiagnose shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Budapest, Hungary, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except as otherwise provided by law, in no event shall Rundiagnose, its owners, operators, or content providers be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of use, even if Rundiagnose has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Rundiagnose is to cease using the site.

10. Indemnification
